I am 33 and have been working out since I was 16. I'm your average natural bodybuilder at 210, 6'. Not ripped but not fat.
Lately, I've been loosing my drive to work out. Don't get me wrong I'm addicted to it, but find it almost impossible to get into that squat rack or under that bench with any passion. I have always been one who has that animal instict in the gym and one who is always on overdrive. But for the last 6 months, I've been unmotivated and always find something else to do. Going from 4 hard workouts a week to 2. I'm starting to see the difference and am getting bumbed on my lack of will power. I'll go really hard for 2 weeks, but then for no reason I'll take 10 days off.
Have any of you ever met this wall and how did you get over it.
I have a full cage at home and that is where I usually workout, I'm wondering if this is the problem and I should be in the gym atmosphere, but it's a loooooooong drive from where I'm at.
Please, any advice is needed- as I'm no longer the "big guy", but just the guy who works out now and then. HELP!!
