I am eating cleaner than I ever have. Down 14 lbs..
I am doing more cardio 3 x/week for 35 min then straight to weights. Doing high blood volume training.
I am looking for more weight to come off and to get more defined. by week 12 my goal is to be another 30 lbs lighter and leaner than i have ever been

The guy I have gotten my gear from recommends that I do clen and t3 starting tomorrow 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. starting at .20 mcg progressing to 100 then back down .
I have read so many conflicting threads about the right dose, weather to take it or not, weather it be junk or not. Everything i have is all pharmaceutical grade gear.
