I wouldn't being a little bigger..I'm also considering doing SC's diet, could someone please tell me more about, i'm also talking to him about it.
 
I would definately recommend SC's diets, however i would do keto first... Once you lean down, then you can gauge what you need to do next... Thats when i would give sc a run
 
Thats the exact look Im after (except lower bodyfat than most of them you see), I"m on SC's diet and it WILL get you where you need to be.

actually.....for a traditional TKD, carbs are usually BEFORE a workout.

There are other variations, and smarter approaches have the carbs coming after.......in two forms......hint hint......lol........
