It looks like a lot because it is alot, and I'm half stepping the diet too.
Its suppoed to be lbm x 1.5 = protein intake = 15% daily calories
65% carbs
But I just can't take all that food, not to mention that its making me feel like a fat ass, so I stepped it down a bit. When I get used to this, I'll step it back up.
I highly doubt you need 5,000 calories or 65% carbs in your diet, but who am I to judge...........what are you stats bro?
