I have discovered the missing piece of the puzzle!!! Thanks to Deciever posting that pic, I now realize I have been leaving out an all important piece of equipment. Chuck V squats and insane amount of weight. Ryan K. benches an insane amount of weight. What common thread do we see here?
Superhuman genetics? An insanely dedicated training regimen? Motivation that would make a flammable buddhist monk jealous? Bah! Of course not. It is the hat!!!
I need to get me one of those groovy flaming skull warmers. I knew there was something missing. No reason at all for me to keep missing those 1,000 lb squats and 780+ benches.
Just got to get me a cap. I am off to do M.E. day, going for a grand. If I never post again, then I guessed wrong, and there is something more to lifting that amount than a cool cap.
And If nobody hears from me for a couple days, please send a winch truck over to the Dungeon to pry my squished little body out from under the bar.
