ive been takin 25mcg of t-3 a day along with hgh and i can seriously eat mcdonalds everyday and im still getting noticeably leaner by the day...my strength isnt there like it used to be tho
I've always wondered just how relevant that quote was to real life. Ingesting a box of exlax won't kill you but it'll sure keep you sitting on the porcelain throne a while. How does that make one stronger?

lol Nice way of putting it. Gotta keep it real. One meal a week is an absolute feast.
Longest I've gone without cheating is 3 months. I had not been in the gym for a year and got really fat. At 12% bf I'm around 170lbs, and at the time I was 200lbs. So I needed a big adjustment. So for 3 months I ate chicken and broccoli 5 times a day along with being in the gym and dropped to 175lbs in 90 days. It will never, ever happen again.
