Depends.. I don't really have cheat meals. Right now on cycle i'm eating quite a bit more carbs.. So pretty much everything as long as it's whole, and too fatty is fair game. My goal is 300-400g of protein, 200+ g of carbs and whatever fat gets in there meeting those requirements..
Yesterday I hadn't eaten much for breakfast so a Turkey Pastrami Ruben on a WW bagel fit the bill nicely, about 1.5lbs of Turkey Pastrami
like 3 years ago I went about 3 weeks. I lost 9 lbs that week so I decided I deserved it! mmmmm chinese!
not lasting that long now! haha. like 5 days now.
