All in all deload week went good im still at 200lbs strong. Very slim and dense look and overall just looking like a lean machine. Hardness is not there like before, energy good, viens are scary and are popping up!, endurance is just amazing.

Bench 1x5x365 1x1x405 10 min rest between
Squat 2x5x345 1x1x450 was gassed out, 20min reset before I hit the deadlifts.
Deads 2x5x415 1x5x450 1x1x505

Push up 10 set each of 50 reps with 25 sec break ever other 100 reps

These are the highlights for now and will put together a nice detail reivew for you all by this week or early next week. I hope you enjoyed this log.
 
reading this i dont know if i should do osta/s4/Gw for cut or do LGD/s4 and GW mid cycle....

awesome results and now have me switching what i want to do for next years cycle...
 
You were 195 pounds lean before and now you are 200 pounds lean.

How do you prove that it wasn't muscle memory and the LGD only gave you 5 pounds?

You should read the whole thread that way you have all the info. I'm up 21lbs not 5. I was at 170lbs before I started, then when I officially started I was @ 180lbs now I'm at 201lbs.

The most I ever gotten to with good diet, lifting, and a little bit of supplement got me to 195 back in the days even then that was hard for me to even maintain, I'm naturally sitting at 170-180lbs mostly used to be 170. LGI has help me break the 200lb mark with out a question of the doubt. These are the most solid gains I have ever had weight wise.
 
What do you all think about a simple short run 4-6 weeks of dmz or helladrol with some stano? Want keep this just simple. This should be the final little bang before I do a review.
 
Finial Review + Extend min cycle.

This has truly been a beast and funniest cycle I think I have ever done. For those of you who are looking to recomp / bulk up LGD is the clear choice and winner, in fact I do believe that a recomp is where LGD truly shines. Here is what to expect upon starting, hunger increase, sweating, body-temp change, slight endurance boost, strength increase, basically your really are looking at tren little brother while using LGD.

Here are the major highlights.

21lbs in 8 weeks so from 180lbs to 201lbs
13% bf to 7% range.
Incline bench busted out 2x15x315 5min rest between sets so I added one extra set for a total of 3 sets of 15 reps.
Great endurance for the extra set deping on the weight im moving.

Overall the compliments from people are just amazing and very encouraging they range for have you been working out?, Stand up your looking bigger, looking good, theres something diffrent about you and so on, those right there is what keeps me going and LGD has help me beyond my goals.

LGD dose have some cons, like slight shutdown, extra peeing at night or hard to sleep at night, insane sweating, lower back pumps but I only had them 3 times, weird sick feeling, and a few others that you can find in my thread.

What to keep this review short and sweet, but I want to do a questions and answers for you guys along with this review so please ask any question you want about LGD or anything else.

I have decided to do a short dmz/stano run. So I will be posting up in here. The gains shall continue :)
 
21 lbs., that's sweet, great looking gains.

Im now sitting at a 201lbs and it solid I dont even have to worry about losing anything because this was quality gians. I so happy that im in the 200 club :)

Im about to start a mini dmz/stano this week before doing a full PCT.

I will post that cycle in this thread so keep a eye out. My goals will be 225lbs within 6 weeks.
