Finial Review + Extend min cycle.
This has truly been a beast and funniest cycle I think I have ever done. For those of you who are looking to recomp / bulk up LGD is the clear choice and winner, in fact I do believe that a recomp is where LGD truly shines. Here is what to expect upon starting, hunger increase, sweating, body-temp change, slight endurance boost, strength increase, basically your really are looking at tren little brother while using LGD.
Here are the major highlights.
21lbs in 8 weeks so from 180lbs to 201lbs
13% bf to 7% range.
Incline bench busted out 2x15x315 5min rest between sets so I added one extra set for a total of 3 sets of 15 reps.
Great endurance for the extra set deping on the weight im moving.
Overall the compliments from people are just amazing and very encouraging they range for have you been working out?, Stand up your looking bigger, looking good, theres something diffrent about you and so on, those right there is what keeps me going and LGD has help me beyond my goals.
LGD dose have some cons, like slight shutdown, extra peeing at night or hard to sleep at night, insane sweating, lower back pumps but I only had them 3 times, weird sick feeling, and a few others that you can find in my thread.
