Day 17.

Did one compound lift to gage strength and endurance. My choice for this test was squats. I want to gage each compound workout by itself without mixing in more that way I can make sure I'm at 100%

I have never been this explosive in squats at all.

Warm up. 5x5x145 5x5x185 then 5x5x255 5x5x315 did start to slow down but I pulled thru. Didn't go for a max but I could have easily add 2 extra set to everything. But explosiveness was insane!

Day 17.

I have never been this explosive in squats at all.

Day 18-20:

overall I am looking slimmer and slimmer, sweating has gotten out of control and is very annoying sometimes. Body temp has been crazy also. Chest is feeling solid, muscle hardness has seem to fade out again. Still holding on to 190lbs but I feel like i'm around 3-5 more pounds. So I will weight myself in the morning.

legs are still growing and more pants are either fitting more tighter or not fitting at all.

Bench I will just keep the bigger numbers, no maxing out just yet. 2x15x255 2x10x285 2-3 min rest between sets. Slowed down a tad but pulled tru. I will say work has been effecting my workouts. I know there no excuse but its the truth. For those who want to know what I do as a job, I work at a architect firm and I do architectural engineering along with mechanical/civil engineering.

Resting up the past two days then will hit my next compound tomorrow.
 
Day 21:

I have one more dose in my bottle. I also took 20mg in one go and will hit my workout in a bit, but im about to get some food in me first.

Sweating is still there and body heat is also still there and its annoying. This stuff is tren little brother. Very potent LGD. Still weird that I look so slimmer but its a good thing. Fat is moving right along and I think in down about 2% more bf for a total of 4.5% bf drop and a 10lbs gain. Right now as I type this I feel like im in the the sona.

LGD is really no joke stuff legit. Will post some numbers by tonight.
 
you have had some really excellent results... this really shows that your hard work combined with this quality of product will pay dividends towards your goals... excellent work bro... im interested to see what your numbers are at now... its really great work to have made that kind of progress at such a rapid pace bro...
 
Thanks guys remember I still have 4 more weeks !! This is a 8 week log not 4! I already cracked open my second bottle of lgd. I will start maxing out soon but for the most part as you all know extra sets and reps are up just a matter of slowing max out to figure out the even bigger numbers.

dry look is very good to hear. I know some were worried this might give a wet look.
 
Day 22-26:

Been pretty rough days, today as of 11/26/13 which is day 26 in up 5lbs more which put me at 195lbs with 160lbs slim look and for a total of 4.5% lost in bf with a 15lbs gain this month. still the same old things going on but these sides im about to post may be viewed differently by other people. But these are the sides....

Cons list.

Weird feeling on junk food all of a sudden, Example. If I ate 2 slices of pizza I feel like death is about to visit me. Never had a problem incorporating junk food in my diet. Seem like LGD has switched something in my body so if I took/ate even the most simple form of junk food I feel like dieing. I have tried junk food with a without a dose of lgd and when i'm on it the problems starts. I'm fine without it.

Sick queasy feeling if I eat something seems random at sometimes.

Slight shaky hand noticed this about 2 times

Feeling like i'm lacking the aggression lately and motivation to workout

Shut down is there but with hcg/unleashed's balls are doing good but they do have there up and down days, but hard on are fine and potency is better.

Sleeping has been rough, waking up few times at night and or to pee to, feels like I drank 3 gallons of water, but sleeping has been affected at this point

These are the cons that people should be aware of, and If I remember anymore I will post back. I have not taking a my LGD today and will go a few days about 3 days without it to give my body a break then I will hop back on it soon. I have tested those cons with and without a dose of lgd and I can for sure say the LGD is the problem at this point. Hopefully this give good insight for people. Dylan please take this info I have and use it to let people know about these sides
 
Day 28.

Been 2 1/2 days since I does my lgd because I needed a break and I just took my does today and broke out in a sweat ;) looking super dry and muscle hardness is back.!

Still at 195lbs only thing I'm wearing is socks. I wish I had pics of the scale when I was at 180lbs but a 15lbs clean gain and 4.5bf loss puts me at 9.5ish bf and I started at around 12-13bf and my logging is still going on and today I will be hitting the weights hard also my aggression and motivation is back if not better! Time to kill the weights today!

Day 29:

Very good day and just have been plan feeling good. LGD had dried me out so well in fact a little too well that my knees and joints are sore/dry but nothing a little flaxseed/omega 3,6,9 pills can't fix. Chest is looking super ripped and my core is looking amazing. I prefer a flat stomach then trying to maintain a full set abs but I do have a very dense core and a thick set of abs that a like all perfect and I consider myself lucky even tho im not a ab guy like some of you guys! :) , but right now my abs are starting to pop a little more visually. I see so much change in the mirror that its stunning.

Weight went good. Warming up with traps, then I hit one light set of bench along with a heavy set. I want to easy into maxing out then to rush things. Dinner was cream of corn, bake potatoes, and lamb.

I also picked out 1 bottle of GW from Sarms1 and if Dylan gives me permission I would like to add it in this month along with LGD. I figured since I know the effects of LGD that it would be alright but I will let Dylan be the caller on that. If not I will save the GW for PCT.
 
Day 30.

Got some lower back pumps going on today and it's the first time for this. Anyways been eating all day and the hunger spike aren't no joke feels like a black hole.

Set some prs today in incline bench busted out 2x15x315 5min rest between sets so I added on extra set for a total of 3 sets of 15 reps after that I was burnt out.

Day 31.

Off day and refuel day and I think I'm up another 5lbs will check the weight tonight and in the morning to make sure.

Lower back pumps are kicking in and sweating has stopped for now. I also noticed I'm having some wicked erections / hard ons and excellent wood randomly ;) feels like a little kid again.

Was at church today and my coworker also goes to the same church as me said if I was still working out so I told him yes and I'm up to 195lbs and he told me I looking bigger! I have had a total of 5 people so far this month have told be I look bigger and or different so this is the best feeling in the world.

All in all LGD from sarms1 is truly potent stuff if my log can't convince you this is the real deal then you have some serious problems.

Day 32.

Off from work just took my lgd and I just ate some food and planning on working out in 2-3 hours once my food settles down. Veins in biceps looking sick. Peeing thing is crazy at night time hopefully this passes by. Sweat still has stopped but body temp does get pretty hot.

Still hold strong at 195lbs and bodyfat is still the same and I'm loving that extra 4.5% loss I had earlier on.

Good news is my GW came into day and will wait on Dylan to give me the clear if he want me to run it and if not I will save it for pct hopefully he says yes ;) on thing I noticed if this GW is so thick you can't even shake the bottle this stuff is the thickest on the market and you can for sure tell that the quality is there. Looks like bubble gum tho.

Dylan gave me the clear to run GW with my cycle im currently 3 days into it. Melting fat like crazy.

During these day I have gotten some crazy allergies and the immune system down to, so I didn't mess with any weight because recovery in my first priority. Im doing better so in the morning I will hit my weights and some cardio and I want to do some cardio to put my GW to the test since GW is my favorite. During these off days I have still maintained a strong 195lbs and it not going anywhere. LGD is by far the most amazing thing for recomping and the gains are 110% keepable! No need to worry about losing anything.

I have been looking way slimer since I have added GW in and it feels good :) Biceps and shaping up nicely and back fat moving along, waist line is look super good and just overall everything is showing up nicely. These updates may not be the best but they're meant to be honest and to the point. Time for some more prs tomorrow!

Very nice update bro! I'm glad to hear everything is going so well. LGD and GW seems to be a sweet combo
 
Day 35-36.

Cardio animal at this point with GW. I do sprints most of the time @50-60% well I did them @90-100% output and I gave everything I had in sprints. Prs on deads 5min rest between sets 2x10x350 1x10x415 1x10x515 <---- +5 reps more for a total of 10. Im now touching 200lbs so I added 5 more lbs. I look like I weigh 160lbs that how crazy slim I have been looking. My goal is to train for pure aesthetic will be the hardest thing in the world but the rewards will be worth it in the end. Shit this will be once crazy goal lol.......

overall so far 20lbs gain and about 5.5% lost in bf.
 
those are some serious results bro! im really happy for you and im glad that your sarms run is going to be a very memorable run... you are going to be able to push yourself to new limits with gw bro...
 
I'm hanging out for my sarms1 delivery. Been playing with unique gw and have seen some solid improvements in endurance.

Update will come tomorrow or saturday. I will being doing bulk updates. Work is just crazy trying to cram like a month of work into a week is not fun.

Overall everything is pretty much stable at this point with LGD and with the additon of GW I do have extra fat melting and the endurance.

Overall the hungry is really a black hole like nothing I do can even fill me up, this has to be the funniest combo ever because I can eat like 4k cals in one setting and not even fell full at all. I have been dowing so many cals/food and its no joke worst then a bottomless pit.
 
You are melting fat but building lean muscle at the same time bro... of course you look a lot better but are still holding your size... you are in full recomp mode and LGD truly shines when used in this manner... Nice work!

gw will make a huge difference in the fat burning and the added endurance, which will make you want to get out there and work to burn that fat.

So many people have stop me and asking if I have been working out etc. Like at this point there are ton of people just saying good things about me. Rule of thumb takes 4 weeks to see change in yourself, 8 weeks for friends and family and 12 for the rest of the world to see the change!.

Went to mow the lawn today and lower back pumps / tension was bad and very aweful & painfull it was not a fun mowing experience, but endurance was up tho.

Upper body is looking reall good, then I have a nice v taper going on with my abs are popping up more. Veins are running on my deltas / shoulder and there are looking pretty nice. I have been feeling on the lazy side lately.

Im up about a 1lbs, and lost about 2% more bf. I have gained so far a total of 21lbs and drop my bf from 13% to 7% range.
 
I'd have to say there are several dozen people on this board alone who disagree with you, me included.
Maybe your stuff was bunk.
 
My stuff came from the same company of sales reps have been blowing up this blog. My friend ran the stuff twice with the same results. A slight strength increase, a couple pounds on the scale, and that was it. Those several dozen people you speak of are either sales reps or like I said young and unexperienced bodybuilders. I'm using MK2866 in my PCT right now. I suppose it is doing what it suppose to because I've been done with my Novadex and Clomid for a week now and have only lost 2 lbs. Other than using it for PCT support I see no purpose. I sure as hell would not use LGD during PCT. That shit shuts you down. When I take it I feel my nips get super sensitive. Like I said the little results aint worth it.
 
LGD is garbage. Very unstable stuff. The results are weak. MK2866 is better, but even that stuff is weak. Results diminish after 4th week. I still get a kick out of seeing young and typically unexperienced lifters getting amped on the hyped up placebo effect of this stuff. I took 10mg a day for 6 weeks and was not impressed at all. I'll stick with juice. At least you know you'll get results then. Congrats on wasting your money.

I have been working out for years and always had a proper diet. Me getting hyped up?, I totally think not. My results are 110% no bullshit I bust my ass everyday to get the result I want and as far as SARMS go there are the next best thing for sure. LGD is by far way better the MK, also LGD is not even unstable at all and does what is supposed to. Unless you had a shitty company where you got your stuff from.

Me wasting money I think not, in fact this was money well spent for the result I have been getting. You can believe what you want but SARMS are legit and are comparable to juice if not better in most case for you. I have run many cycles in the book but when It comes to SARMS they work and the benefits from them are way better the juice in fact there much fun to run then juice in most cases.

Well I am no sales rep on these forums, and I definitely vouch for LGD..

My first cycle was with uniquemicals, started at 89kg and finished on 92kg along with losing at least 2-3% body fat. Next cycle will be with Sarms1 LGD along with PH's.

Thanks you for all the comments guys!, Im been thinking about a bridge a mini one and starting a next cycle up since im on the experience sides of things and it would be neat to continue the gains for at least 1 or 2 more months.
 
Day 46-49 & Finial review will be posted by next week.

All in all deload week went good im still at 200lbs strong. Very slim and dense look and overall just looking like a lean machine. Hardness is not there like before, energy good, viens are scary and are popping up!, endurance is just amazing.

Bench 1x5x365 1x1x405 10 min rest between
Squat 2x5x345 1x1x450 was gassed out, 20min reset before I hit the deadlifts.
Deads 2x5x415 1x5x450 1x1x505

Push up 10 set each of 50 reps with 25 sec break ever other 100 reps

These are the highlights for now and will put together a nice detail reivew for you all by this week or early next week. I hope you enjoyed this log.
 
reading this i dont know if i should do osta/s4/Gw for cut or do LGD/s4 and GW mid cycle....

awesome results and now have me switching what i want to do for next years cycle...
 
You were 195 pounds lean before and now you are 200 pounds lean.

How do you prove that it wasn't muscle memory and the LGD only gave you 5 pounds?

You should read the whole thread that way you have all the info. I'm up 21lbs not 5. I was at 170lbs before I started, then when I officially started I was @ 180lbs now I'm at 201lbs.

The most I ever gotten to with good diet, lifting, and a little bit of supplement got me to 195 back in the days even then that was hard for me to even maintain, I'm naturally sitting at 170-180lbs mostly used to be 170. LGI has help me break the 200lb mark with out a question of the doubt. These are the most solid gains I have ever had weight wise.
 
What do you all think about a simple short run 4-6 weeks of dmz or helladrol with some stano? Want keep this just simple. This should be the final little bang before I do a review.
 
Finial Review + Extend min cycle.

This has truly been a beast and funniest cycle I think I have ever done. For those of you who are looking to recomp / bulk up LGD is the clear choice and winner, in fact I do believe that a recomp is where LGD truly shines. Here is what to expect upon starting, hunger increase, sweating, body-temp change, slight endurance boost, strength increase, basically your really are looking at tren little brother while using LGD.

Here are the major highlights.

21lbs in 8 weeks so from 180lbs to 201lbs
13% bf to 7% range.
Incline bench busted out 2x15x315 5min rest between sets so I added one extra set for a total of 3 sets of 15 reps.
Great endurance for the extra set deping on the weight im moving.

Overall the compliments from people are just amazing and very encouraging they range for have you been working out?, Stand up your looking bigger, looking good, theres something diffrent about you and so on, those right there is what keeps me going and LGD has help me beyond my goals.

LGD dose have some cons, like slight shutdown, extra peeing at night or hard to sleep at night, insane sweating, lower back pumps but I only had them 3 times, weird sick feeling, and a few others that you can find in my thread.

What to keep this review short and sweet, but I want to do a questions and answers for you guys along with this review so please ask any question you want about LGD or anything else.

I have decided to do a short dmz/stano run. So I will be posting up in here. The gains shall continue :)
 
21 lbs., that's sweet, great looking gains.

Im now sitting at a 201lbs and it solid I dont even have to worry about losing anything because this was quality gians. I so happy that im in the 200 club :)

Im about to start a mini dmz/stano this week before doing a full PCT.

I will post that cycle in this thread so keep a eye out. My goals will be 225lbs within 6 weeks.

In post #64 I think its day five your working out on flat bench with like 185....now through out the posts you have had some set back (which are to be expected unfortunately) but in less than 8 weeks your claiming to be repping 3x15@315 Thats seems like either not realistic or running some Anadrol or something. I like to see pics of progress with a log of this nature, you have none except of a scale. Especially when it is pushing a particular brand and product. Once again not saying the log is not real....just being realistic. I hope you have some before and after of all this Fat melting results you have had. I dont know anyone with these type of incredible gain who wouldnt take at least a few pics of the results. THanks

Understandable, but in my log you will notice I work with various flat bench weights for different reps range and weights not just 185 other people can confirm that . I also do the same with inclines various reps ranges and weights. Im naturally a strong person not insanely strong but I can hold my own. Next thing is I never jump into the heavy weight right off the bat, I usually wait till mid log and closer to finish before I usually do my heavier stuff like you have seen or atleast I hope you read this whole log but im assuming you have not?. Maxing out early is not my thing and not looking to injure myself that early by not working up to my potential that I normally do or new potential to max out etc, this log is not a race slow and steady gains.

I have pictures of the scale in my log also, I feel like I don't need to prove anything by pics. You A) Either believe my log or B) Don't believe my log.

I can list a few people who have had incredible gains with a cycle or cycles. I will list one for you.

2011 Dylan ran a Helldrol cycle, and I do believe end with a sarms triple stack, his gains were way better then mine. He came out so shredded it was not even funny, not to mention the few lbs he gains

Ok first off not looking to start a dumb cyber fight but i have a few questions because if this is as good as your log states then there is no need for AAS anymore. In post #64 I think its day five your working out on flat bench with like 185....now through out the posts you have had some set back (which are to be expected unfortunately) but in less than 8 weeks your claiming to be repping 3x15@315 Thats seems like either not realistic or running some Anadrol or something. I like to see pics of progress with a log of this nature, you have none except of a scale. Especially when it is pushing a particular brand and product. Once again not saying the log is not real....just being realistic. I hope you have some before and after of all this Fat melting results you have had. I dont know anyone with these type of incredible gain who wouldnt take at least a few pics of the results. THanks

I'm coming to the end of my 8 week ostarine cycle that dylan was awesome enough to provide me FREE OF CHARGE just for logging on here and evolutionary.org Go look at my log, pictures, a BF test etc performed by my friend who is a NASM certified personal trainer who owns his own gym and see what kind of results I've gotten from a sarm that is mainly used for rehab/recomp effects. If I can get results like that then prodigy can surely get the same if not better results from a sarm that is more androgenic than MK. Cheers.

Ive only just started my LG and Ive gone from avoiding front squats and pull ups to counting the days until I do them again :) 2 more sleeps !

the results exceed the average cycle of lgd, judging by other logs but not everybody responds the same to a compound bro.I think its believable.lgd results have far exceeded osta as far lean muscle gain, in documented logs.
 
so about 6 months ago i ordered LGD, ostarine and mk677, put on 22lbs in 9 weeks. was bulking eating everything in sight along with 270 grams of protein daily. at about week 3, every morning that i woke up i was noticably bigger. i didnt grow like this even on 500mg of test. i literally cannot wait to order some more. im not sure how everyone responds to lgd, but good damn, i lost fat and gained a ton of muscle.
 
also, one thing i did want to say is i ran lgd at everything at their respective normal doses except osta which i ran at like .25 the entire time and even on into my pct. i never "felt" shut down once the entire time, although im sure there was some minor suppression. ran clomiphene for a few weeks just in case and hcgenerate. ive never felt better.

How come this guy never posted before and after pics? He just disappeared? I've been lurking for a long time but was compelled to post in this thread just for the sheer outlandishness of the results this guy got. In his profile it says his last activity was on January 2014, a few days after finishing this log. Strange that he never posted ever again isn't it?

Let's be honest with ourselves, this log on LGD 4033 is 110% bogus and fabricated. If you choose to believe it then that's on you.

With those amazing results you would expect at least a before and after but nope, nothing. When confronted about this he says "you either believe me or you don't". Really? This is a laughable log filled with fairy dust.
