Hello the team !

I plan to start a little cycle for helping the recovery and try to get my olympic shape lol.

In a few words, i have always practiced a sport since my childhood (swimming, footaball, basketball, archery, running, bike....) and i started gym for the first time at 17 years old, i was born with a genetic abnormality, which can sometimes slow me down for the training and in generaly in the life (i get the treatment in the hospital every 3-6 months)

Actually i see a physiotherapis for some "strengthening" with stuff like leg press, trx, weight like crossfit dumbell ... stacked with cardio-boxe training (session in the hospital) for worked the full body and cardio.
Generally i train like this (each "-" = a day )
- Shoulder / Biceps
- Legs
- Pecs / Triceps
- Back

I'm 1,85m for 91 kgs , my body fat are at around 10%.

About diet i love all good food, i try to take the fat from only poly / mon from oileaginous food, mackerel, sardina, olive / colza oil, about carbohydrates i try to eat lot complexe, like oats, pasta, rice, lentils etc... and i try to eat lot seasonal vegetables / fruits.

I use some supplement, like fish oil, citrulline / arginine, milk protein (80%casein 20%whey), whey, vitamine C (ascorbate sodium or magnesium), zinc and when i check my plasma level of vitamine D i use drop D3 if i need.

About the cycle, the last year i use therapy dose, with 0,5ml Testosterone Enanthate / 7-10 days and i add a little extra with Masteron Di-Propionate 50mg for the well-being, i give a full blood work every 6 months (depend i reduce to 3months if i need)


I think plan a cycle like in the past (i copy & past the old cycle here) but with Proviron and only Nandrolone Decanoate + Nandrolone Phenylpropionate with Sustanon and not Enanthate or Cypionate.

Basically this is a deca and sustanon cycle, it's not bad, you using 1 ml of each right? that's fine.

The anadrol is a no go, replace that with tbol but if you do stick to anadrol go low dose.

You also need organ support like n2guard 7caps/ed.

You MUST post a Log journal with details, this is not enough details, we need to see your DIET and training too.

Hmm. I suspect that the medical issue will hold you back from Olympic levels but you can and will still be better for looking after yourself. Look at MK677

  • ASAT (Transaminases TGO) 51 U/L (<34) 38
  • ALAT (Transaminases TGP) 70 U/L
  • Hematocrit 55%

Hematocrit and transaminases are little bit elevated, so i wait for Anadrol.
My test are little bit low so i start at 1ml weekly Sustanon
I start normally the cycle next week !

100mg ND
50mg NPP
250mg Sustanon
25mg Proviron (if i need i up to 50)

My cycle are for therapy for helping the recovery with physiotherapist and coach (sheathing muscle, strengthening and cardio box)

If all is well soon i have the possibility to restart the training at gym with all the stuff like press legs .... :-)

Of course diet and training are incluted in the log.

I missing estradiol/ prolactin and SHBG because i give total test :-( i see next week before starting to give the rest and have a max détails before starting.

I write the diet and training soon and more explication about the cycle because i use this as TRT, i start at 250mg of Sustanon and i see how i react after 5-6 weeks, if my level are little bit elevated, i think reduce the dose.
I read all advice answered in my post and thanks everyone for this ❤️

I used mk677 before blood work 10mg first week and full dose 25mg for 2nd week, it's why my IGF-1 are little bit elevated i'm at around 170 normally.

I try my best to give a max of details of the log like your said with diet / training and blood work during because i'm not really familiar with this type of ester, and my goal are to have heathly level, for helping joints tendons for ND and little extra with NPP for giving a boost at therapy dose.

My log are not for getting gain, but helping recovery and get back my condition, after this maybe i'm looking for gain.

I have my results if all is well in 2-3 days, So i give some uptad when i have the results with diet / training.

@lundgren you should not wait to put up a LOG for diet and training. How would you make improvements when you start the cycle? No. You should put up the LOG journal now so we can help you change up your diet and training before you even fully start.

You don't need blood work to start a log, you need diet and training brother.

Day 2 Cardio box training
Day 3 Back

I try to incluted cardio before starting for D1 3 4 and 5 with 20 mins bike and when i have the possibility running outside, but actually it's bike.

About diet :

Morning 5-6AM 50-80g oats + 40g whey (or 4 white eggs) + 3g fish oil + 1 banana & 2 kiwi (if i need 200mg magnesium) 30g oleaginous

Morning 10AM 40g whey + 1 banana (for glucide + potassium)

Midday 01PM 200g white turkey + 100g rice + mix of legums around 400g (green beans broccoli zucchini yellow pepper and cherry tomatoes) olive oil 10-20g

Afternoon 4PM 60g syrup glucose + 14g BCAA's (7g leucine, isoleucine 3.5g, valine 3.5g) + 5g CreaPure+ 10g electrolyte+ 800ml water + 40ml lemone juice

Evening 7PM : Fish 100g ( mackerel or sardinia or cod) + mix of legums + olive oil.

Evening 10-11PM Milk protein (80% casein 20% whey) 50g + milk 1/2 600ml + 1 egg yolk organic rich Omega + 30mg Zinc + 200mg magnesium.

3 grams of fish oil? you taking capsules right, well you need to switch to liquid fish oil and take 1 tbsp 3x/day

4pm glucose syrup? stop eating that, switch to raw honey asap

from what I see your protein needs to go up and omega 3 fats need to go up asap, add fish oil and add a bigger protein shake post workout

Why both esters of Deca?? I would use aromasin in place of arimedex

I think about up the lipids too, because this time i have liver and lipids values elevated, but normally i have healthy level, just the HDL very very low every time .... I need to think about this, with more oleaginous/ maybe more fish / and olive / colza oil.

I work to get back transaminases / bad lipids, if all is well in 4 weeks the results are better (i pray for this, i have surely a bad virus, or my last supplement mk677 have bad quality...)

I don't use toxic compound, like alcohol (but i love beer 🍻 , rhum, etc ...) Acetaminophene or other things highly toxic.

About the cycle, i wait some answer about IGF-1 LR3, because i received some message about this compound (it's surely better to save to run with rHGH at 4 ui's)

@lundgren 3 grams of fish oil is nothing, liquid fish oil is like 14 grams PER tablespoon, so you need at least 3 tbps.

High cholesterol not an issue with omega 3 fats, you'll have lower cholesterol with omega 3 fats.

IGF-1 isn't real in many places, you'll get fake igf-1 many times, better use HGH. PSL has real IGF but if you using eurotropin hgh you don't need igf-1.

Your testosterone is kind of low if you ask me, you need to keep cycling strong.

Morning 5-6AM 50-80g :

@lundgren 3 grams of fish oil is nothing, liquid fish oil is like 14 grams PER tablespoon, so you need at least 3 tbps.

High cholesterol not an issue with omega 3 fats, you'll have lower cholesterol with omega 3 fats.

IGF-1 isn't real in many places, you'll get fake igf-1 many times, better use HGH. PSL has real IGF but if you using eurotropin hgh you don't need igf-1.

Your testosterone is kind of low if you ask me, you need to keep cycling strong.

It's not cycle for bulking, it's for healing and TRT with little extra.
If your check my value, the test total are very low.

The first step are to get back my shape, with all things.

After this i think maybe for more, but actually it's just for healing :-)

About IGF-1 LR3 i received lot message, some people think it's better to run with rHGH like 4 ui's, running IGF-1 single it's like wasting the product (because it will reduce GH production)

For the log i take only one lab, to have a clear opinion about this i dont mix with other lab.

(Remind 400mg EPA 300mg DHA / unit = 1g fish oil)

1 gram of fish oil? you need to get liquid fish oil @lundgren and take 1 tbps of liquid fish oil 3 times per day, not 1 capsule

for the midday lunch add avocado to it or another healthy fat

Olive oil is good @lundgren but you need daily LIQUID fish oil because 1 gram of capsule you'll need 13 capsules for 1 tbps of fish oil

Honestly your diet still lacking fish oil and protein. You need more protein like a lot more and your fish oil is capsules and should be liquid.

I have lot difficult with my activity cognitive, for some exercice i need to going very slowly.
Normally with TRT this symptom will be treated properly, i should feel an improvement within 4 weeks knowing that sustanon contains short and long esters.

During the warm-up i felt that my cardiovascular system needed to resume, it's a bit like when we start our first session.
The coach called me back, don't worry....with muscle memory you'll quickly get back in shape ....

When I give my body weight, I am often answered "oh well you are 96kg it does not show much it looks like you are much less ...."
I think high oestrogen level made lot water weight, up a lot the hypertrophy ... if my theory are good, normally with Anastrozole i lose a big part of this weight.

There is a demoralizing side to it, but having grown up in a hospital environment i know that life can be very tough and that it is important to stay positive.

@lundgren high estrogen is very dangerous to your health bro you are better off taking arimidex aromasin regular.

your diet I'm still not seeing omega 3 fish oil increase.

I have some difficult to digest the last meal, i feel that this morning, and i dont have lot appetit (surely because my liver have high transaminases)
