Approved Log Log EP for healing / recovery

Hello the team !

I plan to start a little cycle for helping the recovery and try to get my olympic shape lol.

In a few words, i have always practiced a sport since my childhood (swimming, footaball, basketball, archery, running, bike....) and i started gym for the first time at 17 years old, i was born with a genetic abnormality, which can sometimes slow me down for the training and in generaly in the life (i get the treatment in the hospital every 3-6 months)

Actually i see a physiotherapis for some "strengthening" with stuff like leg press, trx, weight like crossfit dumbell ... stacked with cardio-boxe training (session in the hospital) for worked the full body and cardio.
Generally i train like this (each "-" = a day )
- Shoulder / Biceps
- Legs
- Pecs / Triceps
- Back

I'm 1,85m for 91 kgs , my body fat are at around 10%.

About diet i love all good food, i try to take the fat from only poly / mon from oileaginous food, mackerel, sardina, olive / colza oil, about carbohydrates i try to eat lot complexe, like oats, pasta, rice, lentils etc... and i try to eat lot seasonal vegetables / fruits.

I use some supplement, like fish oil, citrulline / arginine, milk protein (80%casein 20%whey), whey, vitamine C (ascorbate sodium or magnesium), zinc and when i check my plasma level of vitamine D i use drop D3 if i need.

About the cycle, the last year i use therapy dose, with 0,5ml Testosterone Enanthate / 7-10 days and i add a little extra with Masteron Di-Propionate 50mg for the well-being, i give a full blood work every 6 months (depend i reduce to 3months if i need)


I think plan a cycle like in the past (i copy & past the old cycle here) but with Proviron and only Nandrolone Decanoate + Nandrolone Phenylpropionate with Sustanon and not Enanthate or Cypionate.

Little uptad about diet, with the advice of some people, i add some protein and up the lipids, and deleted the syrup by honey.

Morning 5-6AM 50-80g :
oats + 40g whey (or 4 white eggs + 1 yolk) + 1g fish oil + 1 banana & 2 kiwi (if i need 200mg magnesium) 40g nuts

Morning 10AM 40g :
whey 40g + 1 banana (for glucide + potassium)

Midday 01PM :
200g white turkey + 100g rice + mix of legums around 400g (green beans broccoli zucchini yellow pepper and cherry tomatoes) olive oil 20-30g
whey 30g

Afternoon 4PM :
40-50G honey + 14g BCAA's (7g leucine, isoleucine 3.5g, valine 3.5g) + 5g CreaPure+ 10g electrolyte+ 800ml water + 40ml lemone juice

Evening 7PM :
Fish 100-200g ( mackerel or sardinia or cod or tuna ) + mix of legums + olive oil + whey 30g

Evening 10-11PM :
Milk protein (80% casein 20% whey) 50g + milk 1/2 600ml + 1 egg yolk organic rich Omega + 30mg Zinc + 200mg magnesium + 30g nuts

The log training / diet / and first injection are Monday 24/04

@lundgren 3 grams of fish oil is nothing, liquid fish oil is like 14 grams PER tablespoon, so you need at least 3 tbps.

High cholesterol not an issue with omega 3 fats, you'll have lower cholesterol with omega 3 fats.

IGF-1 isn't real in many places, you'll get fake igf-1 many times, better use HGH. PSL has real IGF but if you using eurotropin hgh you don't need igf-1.

Your testosterone is kind of low if you ask me, you need to keep cycling strong.

I missing your answer.
It's not cycle for bulking, it's for healing and TRT with little extra.
If your check my value, the test total are very low.

The first step are to get back my shape, with all things.

After this i think maybe for more, but actually it's just for healing :-)

About IGF-1 LR3 i received lot message, some people think it's better to run with rHGH like 4 ui's, running IGF-1 single it's like wasting the product (because it will reduce GH production)

For the log i take only one lab, to have a clear opinion about this i dont mix with other lab.

Generally i have a heathly level, this time my liver feel very bad and lipids LDL / Cholesterol are low and HDL need a boost.
So i focus on lipids like oleaginous/ colza/ olive oil and natural fish, when my values coming heathly i start fish oils with 1g 3 or 4 time a week ?
(Remind 400mg EPA 300mg DHA / unit = 1g fish oil)

1 gram of fish oil? you need to get liquid fish oil @lundgren and take 1 tbps of liquid fish oil 3 times per day, not 1 capsule

for the midday lunch add avocado to it or another healthy fat

Olive oil is good @lundgren but you need daily LIQUID fish oil because 1 gram of capsule you'll need 13 capsules for 1 tbps of fish oil
