Hello dear,
Yes i bought 330 mg and i cute in 2, so 160mg.
About the high hematocrit i have other blood work, and if the plasma level are always elevated, i see with a specialist in hospital for donate some blood or bleeding.
Thanks for advice, this pathology are very vicious, we need to move more than normal person, drink more etc ... i drink around 3/4 liter per day (1 gallon = 3,8 liter)

Today i feel better, the pain in the liver has decreased significantly, and the heartbeats became more stable.
The anxiety / stress also improves it's like " zen attitude ", the activity cognitive is also improving (I feel it while reading a book) but we will see at the next cardio boxing session if I would feel an improvement for coordination and something else.
I also feel an improvement from the last night's sleep.

But when we see the effect of IGF-1 LR3 i think it's a great combo.

In the past i used 4 ui's from pharma grade and the IGF-1 have up from 74 to more 400 in a few weeks but the thyroid level has decreased tremendously :-(

IGF-1 LR3 give to me lot energy, more vascularity, more focus, more pump, but i have a hard hypoglycemia with it.

I think going with this cycle, next month i give a order to get the rHGH from the same lab to made a full log with EP lab.

Any advice ? I have my IGF-1 LR3 and i'm ready to start this, i need maybe to check the blood level on IGF-1 (before and after injection) ?

HGH you can start now but I would NOT take HGH and IGF-1 stacked. meaning not same day.

you should take HGH 5 days per week and IGF-1 2 days per week.

And 4 weeks of hgh will do nothing bro takes like 6 months

Yes, i tried to say :

First 4 week with IGF-1LR3 only followed by 4 weeks with rHGH.
Actually i have only IGF-1 LR3 , so if i start it's with this cycle, surely next monday 1 May.
In May i contact the sponsor / lab to buy the rHGH and made a log with only EP lab, 4 ui's are a good spot for healing for 4 weeks, with blood work before and after (serum GH & Somatomedin-C).
About diet, i up step by step, it's not easy to eat a lot quantity when the liver does not fell well :( like i said give me some time.

I am on week 4 of HGH and its unbelievable how lean so fast
Yes !in the past i had the chance to try rHGH from a western laboratory (pharmaceutical quality with a relatively low percentage of patients who developed antibodies) and in around 2 weeks at only 4ui's daily IGF-1 have up a lot, if your diet / hygiene / training are ok this stuff made amazing results on body & mind.
With TRT + 4 ui's rHGH i feeling like angel but the thyroid has decreased a lot.
Depend the lab i think you need little bit more / or / a lot more lol to have the same results, real rHGH
(quality pharma grade, but in this category some lab have more % of patient who developed antibodies it's the same things for other recombinant medication...) are very expensive :-(

It's why i dont choose rHGH, but for this cycle i incluted maybe 4 weeks and see how the lab EP work (i compare with the pharma grade with the same dose)
Do you planned blood work before and after your cycle ? it would be very interesting to know how your somatomedin-C answer to the product.

Ok, i find a good thing for up the good lipids (made from colza oil) and protein.
Tomorrow i go to the market, buy cereal bread (sandwich special) + Mayonnaise (made with rapeseed oil) + packet of hazelnuts. I would make sandwiches with 3/4 sliced hard boiled eggs, green salad and mayonnaise rich in poly and mono saturated.

I think i lose some body weight, i check next monday, i think anastrozole work well, i feel like I have less water retention (my body weight must have a lot of water from estrogen) and my belly is less fat, the abs are more and more visible, while I started the Monday 24 ... i have some change about mind not only phisical.

- I'm more focus, the activity cognitive have a great improvement ...
- Like i said, i wait the next cardio training to see about the brain / activity cognitive / memory ....
- Libido and well-being are a lot better too, i dont sleep more but the quality of sleeping has improved
(i check soon the stat of my watch if i have a better % of "deep sleep")

Hey ! HAPPY SUNDAY 😉
Well someone had to take my omega 3 because my box finished earlier than expected. I have if all is well the 2 may around 600 x1 G delivery with fresh method and i stock directly on the fridge at around 7° it's a strict quality, it's made by fish comes from a protected fishing area named "friend of the sea" oil extraction occurs in Norway with EPAX protocol and the product are stocked at 7° by the seller.

It's little bit expensive but it's real Omega 3
So i restart soon, i remplace by sardinia from today and little fish.

The material was surprising, we could drop heavy weights without damaging the floor (unlike cast iron)

If all goes well in a few months I could register again.

Hello, sorry i just read your message.
I lose lot water gain, i feel that on the joint but it's not like when your take stanozolol for exemple.
I injected the first 100mg of Nandrolone Decanoate so i see in a few weeks if i have a better feeling on the joint.
Maybe drop the dose, i use 0.25mg of Anastrozole everyday, maybe 1 day ON 1 day OFF.
I check my blood work in around 4 weeks i started the 24.04.

Ouch .... Aspirin 166mg Saturday 29/04 Injection Monday 01/05 Left Deltoid result = bad reaction, probably internal bleeding, so i'm going to put ice for 20 minutes morning and evening.

Another bad news: My blood is admissible, but as i was transfused as a teenager, the rules prohibit access as a "donor" :-( So the only and single option are bleeding for high hematocrit level.
I check in around 3 weeks the level, if he's always elevated, i contact the specialist and see what protocol he will give me.

To be honest i dont use fat after training (and fiber too) because it will slow down the absorption of the protein :'(
I add more fat after for the diner (i try)

It's frustrating to lift small weights, but bones / tendons / ligaments etc ... need some time so i going "step by step"
(like the 90s series TV with Patrick Duffy and Suzane Summers lol )

I was able to take the doses of IGF-1 LR3 in a refrigerated bag with hard-boiled eggs, cottage cheese and sardinia/tuna, i eating with 3 rations / days, no complement ( i take in box pill proviron 1 morning / all days)

I'm a little tired of the change of 4 train lines (big lines and city lines) here it's little late, I'm going to take a shower and try to made myself a meal (basmati rice 100g, spring rolls with prawns and vegetables, Williams pear and total milk protein 50G + 1 NexGen Pro + 30mg Zinc)

Hello, well i'm fine day after day, at the physiotherapist I had lost a lot of muscle (muscular atrophy) from a accident during a jogging
(the car hit me from behind) I had had multiple internal bleeding in the thighs but also towards the knees back (hollow popliteus) which caused a hemorrhage in the knees called "hematrosis".
Today i can do careful squat type movements (slow and controlled movement), press legs (the same for every excercice slow / controlled)
And i think a lot value on blood are better day after day
(when the liver feel better with a good hygiene, bad lipids down a lot and transaminases too)
I work on the good lipids too, to up the HDL, it's not easy ...
Always in therapy dose TRT / Deca and now i use IGF-1LR3 50mcg/ day for 2 weeks.

About food it's military pack ( freeze-dried food with legums / Meat/ Fish / Fruits ) and i have rations with in the end of the day around 1800 calories.

I notice a better skin (i'm not sure if it's the Sustanon or Deca) the vascularity are still improved but when i eat well it's always better (surely the effect of the carb or protein).
Psychologically i'm starting to feel some changes, i'm more positive (which is not the case when i stay long with low testosterone level) I feel more motivated to accomplish daily tasks.

About sleeping, at the morning i feel more "fresh" and my watch indicate a better "deep sleep" from 12mins to 38mins and recently i have this value to 48-50 mins.

I think some effect of test (with Sustanon so short and long ester) coming quickly and another effects need some time, when the level of free test are more heahtly we need to be stabilized as long as possible to feel these effects.

About IGF-LR3, at 50mcg i feel no effect, after one week, the same for the second week, and on the 3nd week at 75MCG daily i have a little effect as if it was acting on recovery (that's maybe help for a better sleep?!) but I don't feel hypoglycemia like with the IGF-1 pharma grade. I wait the last week to run at 100mcg and see if i have a difference stacked with training.
