Little uptad about diet, with the advice of some people, i add some protein and up the lipids, and deleted the syrup by honey.
Morning 5-6AM 50-80g :
oats + 40g whey (or 4 white eggs + 1 yolk) + 1g fish oil + 1 banana & 2 kiwi (if i need 200mg magnesium) 40g nuts
Morning 10AM 40g :
whey 40g + 1 banana (for glucide + potassium)
Midday 01PM :
200g white turkey + 100g rice + mix of legums around 400g (green beans broccoli zucchini yellow pepper and cherry tomatoes) olive oil 20-30g
whey 30g
Afternoon 4PM :
40-50G honey + 14g BCAA's (7g leucine, isoleucine 3.5g, valine 3.5g) + 5g CreaPure+ 10g electrolyte+ 800ml water + 40ml lemone juice
Evening 7PM :
Fish 100-200g ( mackerel or sardinia or cod or tuna ) + mix of legums + olive oil + whey 30g
Evening 10-11PM :
Milk protein (80% casein 20% whey) 50g + milk 1/2 600ml + 1 egg yolk organic rich Omega + 30mg Zinc + 200mg magnesium + 30g nuts
The log training / diet / and first injection are Monday 24/04
