Today i feel better, the pain in the liver has decreased significantly, and the heartbeats became more stable.
The anxiety / stress also improves it's like " zen attitude ", the activity cognitive is also improving (I feel it while reading a book) but we will see at the next cardio boxing session if I would feel an improvement for coordination and something else.
I also feel an improvement from the last night's sleep.
6:30AM : Tea agrums + 750mg N-Acetyl-Cystein + 1000mg Milk Thistle
7:30AM: 80g oats organic + 2 eggs organic (white and yellow) + 40g whey + 1 kiwi + 1 banana + 3g fish oil + 0,25 Anastrozole + 25mg Proviron
11:30AM: 100g sardinia + tomato sauce with Provencal herbs + 100g rice + 300g mix legums + 20g olive oil + 200g cottage chesse with mix of reds fruits around 50g + 3g fish oil
