Good morning family (^_^) 25.04

5:30 AM : Oats 70g with milk 1/2 cream 400ml + 40g Whey (37,6g Protéines Nx6.38 / 5,24g Leucine) + 40g nuts + 2 kiwi + 1 banana + 3g fish oil

11:30AM :
180g white chicken + 80g rice + mix of legums 300g + 20g olive oil + 30g nuts + 1 banana + 40g whey

01:30PM : Cardio boxe training
The session is a cycle where there are 30scds of training and 7scds of rest between each exercise.
(sorry i dont know in english the name of some training, i try my best to find and sorry if your don't understand)

- Direct forward
- Front hook
- Direct chain + hook
- Moulinet
- Tricep plank

Second cycle :

- Chair (back to wall)
- Knee strike (inner thigh adductor)
- Side kick
- Whipped before
- Squat and knee strike

End of training 03:10PM i have 10 mins rest time, so 90mins of training.

I have lot difficult with my activity cognitive, for some exercice i need to going very slowly.
Normally with TRT this symptom will be treated properly, i should feel an improvement within 4 weeks knowing that sustanon contains short and long esters.

During the warm-up i felt that my cardiovascular system needed to resume, it's a bit like when we start our first session.
The coach called me back, don't worry....with muscle memory you'll quickly get back in shape ....

When I give my body weight, I am often answered "oh well you are 96kg it does not show much it looks like you are much less ...."
I think high oestrogen level made lot water weight, up a lot the hypertrophy ... if my theory are good, normally with Anastrozole i lose a big part of this weight.

There is a demoralizing side to it, but having grown up in a hospital environment i know that life can be very tough and that it is important to stay positive.

04:30PM : 40g honey (i have better feeling vs syrup glucose/fructose but it's not easy to mix with bcaa) + 13g BCAA's + 500ml water + 30ml lemon juice.

07:30PM : 70-80g crisp lettuce and a mix (cherry tomatoes + anchovies + onions + tuna + egg + olive and colza oil) + 1 kiwi + Williams pear.

10:00PM : 750mg N-Acetyl-Cystein + Milk Thistle 1000mg (800mg Silymarin + 300mg Silybin & Isosilybin)

10:30PM : 50g protein milk + milk 1/2 cream + egg yolk + 5 drops vitamin D + zinc + magnesium + 3g fish oil

4AM : fasting weighing 96kg to remind i'm 1,85m ( around 72,8346457 pouces) i estimat my body fat at around 10.11% (my veins are full on arms, i'm little bit fat on the stomach but i think with diet and training all is ok)

5AM : Oats / Apple / cinnamon with hot water (Military pack) + 40g Whey (37,6g Protéines Nx6.38 / 5,24g Leucine) + 40g nuts + 2 kiwi + 1 banana + 3g fish oil

8AM :
- 20mn cardio bike (indoor)
- Dumbbell Shoulders 10kg each hands

16 AM : 40-50g honey + 13g BCAA + 600ml water + 40ml lemon juice

19AM : Tuna 100g + mix of legums 300g + cheese "curd" + 3g fish oil

22-23AM : Milk Protein (80 Casein 20 whey) 50g + 1/2 raw eggs + 5 drops vitaminD (mix with egg yolk) + 50mg Zinc +200mg magnesium

All opinion are the welcome, about training i restart slowly after long injury ;-)

Tonight i get my first injection with EP from PSL sponsors

Sustanon 250 1ml
Nandrolone D 0.5ml
Nandrolone PP 0.5ml
Arimidex i use a tool for cute the pill on 2 and in 4, i start at 0,25mg and see how i react, i up slowly if i need
Proviron 25mg

@lundgren high estrogen is very dangerous to your health bro you are better off taking arimidex aromasin regular.

your diet I'm still not seeing omega 3 fish oil increase.

Today it's OFF day (i follow the instruction by the physiotherapist) because cardio boxe work the full body.
I have some difficult to digest the last meal, i feel that this morning, and i dont have lot appetit (surely because my liver have high transaminases)

6:30AM : Tea(mix agrums) with 750mg N-Acetyl-Cystein + 1000mg Milk Thistle
8:00 AM : 50g oats organic, 4 egg white + 30g whey + 1 kiwi + 1 banana + 3g fish oil + 0,25 Anastrozole + 25mg Proviron

11:30AM : Mackerel 90g + tomato sauce with Provencal herbs+ 70g brown rice + 200g mix legums + 400g cottage cheese with a mix of red fruits around 50g + 3g fish oil

04PM : Whey 40g + honey 20g + 1 banana + 30g nuts

coming :


8:00PM : Salade mix of fresh legums + little fish herring around 10g (i'm not sure if i write well) + 3 hard-boiled eggs + 40g tuna + olive oil

11:00PM : Milk protein 50g + 500ml milk 1/2 cream + 30g nuts + 3g fish oil + 50mg zinc + 200mg magnesium

I'm tired, little bit anxious, but the anxiety shut down a little bit, surely an effect of the resumption of activity as well as the testosterone level which must go up witht the injection of Sustanon.

My veins are very congested, which was not really the case before the injection.

Last night i slept better and my heart has a more stable rhythm.

Ps: i think i lose some body weight, a big part are surely from the high estradiol level (water) next monday i check my body weight.

I bought some packing of nuts + fish to help this value, so i up surely the dose soon.
Yes, actually i have only Anastrozole, in the past this compound helped me a lot (the same for Tamoxifene citrate at 10mg daily in 2 weeks my estradiol level coming at around 17).
Give me some day please with Anastrozole EP, i think he's work because i lose some body weight made from high estradiol and i cute the pill in 4 (^_^) ...

@lundgren if you have arimidex start using now you need an anti estrogen on the cycle bro, 10mgs nolvadex wont do it, its a SERM not Ai

@lundgren take some aspirin 100mgs baby aspirin every other day for now

keep pushing up the protein
