04:30 AM 200ml Coffee filter + 2 brown Sugar 5g( I know it's bad ) + Milk Thistle 500MG (400MG Silymarin + 150MG Silybin) + 25mg x 2 EP Proviron + 80MG Iron element (from bisglycinate) & 80MG Vitamine C (from Acerola).

05:00 AM : 4 slices of cereal bread rich in fiber + 40G red fruit jam with reduced sugar (60% fruit minimum) + 250ML milk 1/2 cream + 40G Whey (Protéines (Nx6.38) (37,6g Protéines Nx6.38) + 50G nuts + 4G Fish Oil (1600MG EPA + 1200MG DHA) + 1 NexGen Pro.

08:10: 2 slices cereal bread + 80G tuna + 30G mayonnaise (rapeseed oil) + 60G heart of lettuce + 1 tomato

10:40: 12°G Rabbit meat, bechamel sauce, carrot, mushrooms, 8°G rice brown + 100g mix legums + 250G fresh yogurt.


01:30PM : Cardio boxe training

- 10 mins jump rope.

First Cycle :

- Direct forward
- Front hook
- Direct chain + hook
- Moulinet
- Tricep plank

Second Cycle :

- Chair (back to wall)
- Knee strike (inner thigh adductor)
- Side kick
- Whipped before
- Squat and knee strike

The session is a cycle where there are 30scds of training and 7scds of rest between each exercise (the same like the previous).
Lot stress before but during the first cycle, i feel better, surprisingly I had less difficulty to memorizing, it was still 28° during training.
Another point, I really feel the effect on the lower limbs but also on the stomach (the abs that stand out when I contract)

04:40 PM : 14G BCAA's (7G Leucine, 3.5G Isoleucine, 3.5G Valine) + 5G Creatine Monohydrate (CreaPure) + 6G Arginine base + Syrup Glucose / Fructose 60g (i know it's bad but empty honey ... :'( .... ) + 40ml Lemone Juice + 320mg powder Magnesium element (from citrate + oxyde) + 4G Vitamine C (from Ascorbate Sodium) + 600ML Water Mineral.

Coming :

06:30 PM : 120G Duke Meat+ 15G Olive Oil + 200G Mix Legums + 100G Lentils Blond + herbal Provence + 120G Fresh YOGURT + COQ10 200MG.

09:40 PM : 50G Milk Protein (80%Casein Micellar 20%Whey) + 5G olive Oil With 10 drops of VitaminD3 Total 3000 ui's + 50MG Zinc element (from Bisglycinate) + 400MG Magnesium element (from Bisglycinate)+ 500MG Milk Thistle + 4G Fish Oil (1600MG EPA + 1200MG DHA) + 40G Nuts.
