The pump on the biceps are insane, it's like the muscle burn, and the veins are very congested. After the training i sat in the locker room and ate a banana, I'm thinking of taking a shake with carbohydrates + BCAA's to take directly after training (before I took it during training).


In 3 days i have my blood work, i'm little bit stressed about liver and lipids because i take Proviron (some study indicate a elevation of transaminases and the elevation of LDL with this compound, some people have stoped proviron for this reason).
I realized, before starting this cycle, i used UG TRT Enanthate + Masteron DiPropionate and my hair and nails grow much faster.

07:00 PM : 100G Pork meat + 80g Lentills Green + 10G Olive Oil + 120G mix of legums (Green beans, broccoli, zucchini, yellow peppers, cherry tomato) + 120G Cottage Cheese.

10:00 PM : 50G Milk Protein (80%Casein Micellar 20%Whey) + 2 Egg Organic (With 10 drops of VitaminD3 in the yolk 3000 ui's) + 30MG Zinc element (from Bisglycinate) + 200MG MAgnesium element (from bisglycinate) + 1G Fish Oil (400MG EPA, 300MG DHA) + 3MG Melatonin.

The doctor Say i have get maybe a virus i have everytime good lipids value just the good not very elevated but the Bad are always low incluted cholesterol (^_^)

nice to see someone eating their veggies
To be honest it's very high budget just for 100-200g twice daily .... I think reduce to 200g max / day because my n'est blood work are very expensive 😭
