With all the recent events I forgot to buy a little sweetness (I'm thinking of a chocolate pastry) because i was a year older during the second week of May (I'm starting to get old ...) Hahaha (/^-^(^ ^*)/
So tomorrow i go to the market for fresh food and i try to buy a little sweetness in bonus (•ө•)♡
Monday 22 i visit a new gym and suscrieb for 12 months as birthday gift (•ө•)♡
During weekend i think about new recipe and i have a book for study training/ anatomy part (for exemple the shoulders, how to train, what type of injury...) (•ө•)♡

Yes a lot, the physiotherapist made me a program and i continue to do updates with her one time / week.
At first i had sessions where i was not independent (she made me work resistance with her hands).
Today iam autonomous, but i restart step by step for bones, muscles, tendons...
Appetit come back too, when i stop training i lose appetit and that's a big impact on the mind too.
Sometime injury on the mind are more important and have more impact than injury physical.
