I'm back and happy to going in the market (•ө•)♡
I was able to buy food, here are the ingredients put in the basket:
- rabbit meat
- Carrots, potato, beef, red wine
- Mustard
- Mayonnaise (made with rapeseed oil)
- Eggs
- Basmati rice
- Green beans, broccoli, zucchini, yellow peppers
- Cherry tomato
- Paste Pene Rigate
- Green lentils
- Albacor tuna
- Pork meat
- Semi-skimmed milk
- Olive oil
- White hake
And a little sweetness in chocolat (not made by myself sorry lol)
Today Saturday i take the opportunity to do cleaning, laundry and find real food lol.
I droped the Arimidex to 0.25mg twice a week.
Normally i check the body weight next week.
Monday 22 i start the 5 week of the cycle, i'm not sure if it's a great idea to send a blood work to check the endocrin value / liver /
I need to check the hematocrit next week, so maybe take the opportunity to add other values (test, estradiol, transaminases, lipids...)
