We're just having some fun, louden. It's great that you're so focused. And when I'm lifting, so am I. It's just interesting to see some of the gym hijinx between sets.
i stay focused too, but if some fine ass walks by me.. i cant avoid looking or making a comment.. and ya know what, sometimes, making that comment, really pays off... and when you stay focused, chicks dig that too...
i stay focused during my sets, but inbetween i like to look at the scronny kids doin shit with horrible form and laugh at em, then they look at me wondering what im laughin at
I catch myself laughing sometimes, but then I get kind of pissed off. They are wasting their time and they don't know it. Then they get discouraged and quit. I can remember getting laughed at by some big powerlifter (national record holder) when I was a kid. I was just trying to work hard and he fucking laughed at me. I have never forgotten that. Remember we all started somewhere. Begginers are very impressionable, especially by the bigger guys in the gym. Most of the kids that lift that way are really exerting themselves they just have horrible form. You are a role model whether you want to be or not. Instead of laughing at someone try helping them. You are always being looked at, set a good example.
Agreed, agreed. The guys I have no sympathy for are the know-it-alls with crappy form, who will belittle you by comparing your weights with reasonable form to their 800 lb, quarter leg presses.
Why pay attention to everyone else? People need to focus on their own training instead of watching what other people are doing. I stay 100 percent focused on my training and I talk to no one! I could care less about what other people are doing. I stick to my DC program.
