me

green beans

brocolli and green beans. I usually put them in water and microwave them if i don't have a pot to boil them in.

brocolli and lettuce (does lettuce count?)

steam the brocolli and eat the lettuce raw.

you eat all that raw tiger?

I've heard many theories that sate heating veggies reduces their nutrient profile....I TRY and keep mine as fresh as possible, although I wil steam broc. every once in awhile......zuchinni, cabage, celery, cauliflower (not green, I know...) are also staples....toss in the mushrooms and tomotoes too......

Heat destroy part of the vitamins

On the other hand cooked tomatoes are healthier than raw ones

lettuce and other watery type veg, like cucumbers, celery etc are all negative calories, got so few calories in them that you actually burn more off eating them than you gain while consuming
