Hi, I am looking for some food ideas for a low carb diet. I am trying so hard to lose weight and I eat too many carbs... so I am cutting them out of my diet and I am trying to eat no more than 20 carbs a day. So I will be aiming for high protein and high fat. Anyone have ideas on what types of food to eat. I already know basic things, but I am trying to think more towards some meals?? Anything would be alot of help!
