How is the liquid Clen taken? Mixed in water... OJ... by itself with water after it? Down the throat? Under the tongue? On the tongue? Just curious.

Even when cycled on and off time properly, should there be a limit to how much this is used?

How many times a year can it be "safely" taken? Should there be a cutoff point?

I wouldn't take for more than 16 weeks total out of the year, 18 tops - usually the cutting down phase.

I would do 2 8 weeks cycles per year, as that's when most people cut - summer and spring.
