I will tell you commonly People use Amplify02 for Lifting and LIPOFLAME for Cardo and Leg days.

HOWEVER! I use 2 caps of LIPOFLAME with 5 Amplify02 and its something special

its like a super clean stim with the best of both worlds ( Pump, Fat Melting off)
