Srry for the delay, way too busy with school and the gym. I work out 5 days a week, doing split. I usually run in the morning after I wake up If I have had a good enough sleep. So I wake up, run, school, studies and relax, then the gym at around 6 pm. I may do cardio on the weekends as well and I have no school on fridays. Again sorry for not replying back for a while, been too busy and my computer was away. Thx
