I was actually given a bottle of Lipoflame by a buddy of mine who got it in a combo pack. I have to admit....IT WORKS GREAT! Works great for my while off clen or eca. My wife loves it!!

Just from experience, my wifes loves them bro......what worked for her is 2 after bfast, and 2 more right after lunch...... Seems to be just enough to give you that kick. Same worked for me as well. Just my experience on that
