LipoFlame at altitude
I also posted this on another forum....
I started on Lipoflame before cardio about three weeks ago. So far so good, and it really seems to be helping to reduce fat. My wife and I currently live in Minnesota but are on a trip in Colorado up near Aspen. We moved to Minnesota three years ago from the Denver area so we have since lost the high altitude red blood cell advantage we used to have when going on hikes in the mountains. We are staying at a cabin that is at roughly 7000 ft.
I took my six Lipoflame capsules about an hour before we went on a hike and I am shocked at how well I fared on a trail that took us up about two thousand feet in an hour and a half. My wife was dying (literally seeing spots) and I could have gone on for much, much longer. I had energy to spare. People that are not used to high altitude are not supposed to have as much cardiovascular endurance as I had on that hike!
I normally troll this forum just for information, but this is really amazing and I felt compelled to share.
