you are really lean (7%) and attempting to double your calories in order to put on some mass....where is the first place the weight goes if you continue to train hard and combine cardio? Face? Stomach? My face is always the first to look very thin when I cut, so I was just curious..........
 
not always the case, but most "men" tend to get fat around the waist first, whereas "women" tend to get fat around the hips and butt

Probably face, love handles, lower abs and chest, if you're talking about fat. Muscle mass gains really depend on genetic position.

If you're training hard enough and putting in cardio here and there, you should be fine. Either way, on any bulking diet, some fat gain will happen no matter what you do.
