i was under the impression you could get pretty cut and tight with deca assuming your diet was good? am i incorrect on this thought?
i'm wanting to keep my vascular/lean look but would love to run deca for it joint, clean mass building effect. my diet is pretty tight (i think) and do not want to carry water looking bloated at all.
