Let's make a healthy FAST FOOD list for those times!

I know when I go to work, I'm usually forced to eat fast food. Can we make a list of what's good at a fast food?

i don't mean to sound like an ass but.....
bring food from home!
that way you get good fuel and you what is in food you prepare
plus it is a hell of a lot cheaper

i agree with d3track. i'm in college so I go to class in the morn then into work, and sometimes never get home til 8:30-9:00, but typically around 5-6 or so. Still, I'd have to buy alot of shit food to eat all day while I'm gone, since I eat 6-7 meals total a day. It'd cost way to much to be buying that 3-4 meals a day, and it'd be too damn unhealthy. So I pack a small cooler and take it with me. And I'm not gonna lie, preparing food is a real pain in the ass, but at least I'm eating good. And then on those days I run late or I haven't gotten groceries yet or whatever, I can hit a fast food/takeout place and not feel so bad since it doesn't happen real often. But even then, I can usually still grab something from home so that I've only gotta eat one shit meal at work.

How about going to the store & getting some of that pre-cooked chicken & getting a salad from the salad bar. Top the salad with the chicken.

Or baked potato & chili from Wendys. Grilled chicken sandwich no bun.

yep
every always knew where i was on campus, all they had to do was look for my blue cooler
(my jumps coach would give me shit all the time for it, but in good fun)
and as a student, can't afford fast food anyway;)

I saw a commercial for a new Burger King chicken sandwich with only 5g of fat...

I don't eat out much, so I couldn't tell ya much.

kentucky i was thinking something similar, flame grilled chicken , just don'thve the bun :D
Or kebabs, they can be healthy, get a chicken kebab with salad... make sure it's breast meat and you're sorted

it would be much cheaper to buy small plastic containers and make food at home: i pack mine with stuff like tuna, oats, scrambled/boiled eggs, etc...much more efficient, healthy and cost-effective (coming from university student on a budget)

no fast-food joint serves healthy food:bread + staurated/hydrogenated fats, with refined meats as your protein...bleh

go to all-you-can-eat places...they usually have quality/clean choices of food, really cheap and fast....
