yeah, i love pulling heavy, my back is smoked from yesterday. bent over rowed 255x6 and deadlifted 455 for a triple and 495 for 1. not that great but, im not that big either so whatever. i just love going as heavy as possible on back day

those are very respectable lifts bro..dont know what it is about training back but my intensity on those days are always so much higher..its funny b/c i love training everybody part..if it were possible i would bench,squat, dl every day lol
btw just started my var yest so i will keep you all posted..
If you think Oxandrin (var, oxandrolone) has no sides, get a blood test pre and post and watch your cholesterol go to hell. Then make sure you have a cell phone with 911 speed dialed in so you can have the ambulance get there fast when you have a massive heart attack.
