Let's have a bitch fry

Notice how her family defends her. What does that tell u?

1) It was probably an accident 2) She's probably defending someone else who did it (the father?). 3) The family gains nothing by telling the police the truth.

Without a body or confession - the prosectuion has a weak case. It's all circumstantial evidence. You can't be convicted of murder just because u don't know where she is.

She'll get out.

the father has no involvement at all, nor does any of his family, never has.

I believe it was either and accident or that it was the original story by her friend that she wanted to get rid of her own kid. Either way she was involved.

And yes her family is defending her, however that has not always been the case.

I have no idea how the prosecution is going to 'prove the murder beyond reasonable doubt'.

Circumstantial evidence and 'she keeps lying to us' isn't enough proof.

In fact, she always has the right to remain silent and not even say anything. They better have more evidence. We saw what crappy evidence did at OJ's first trial :)

The fact the father has never even cared or said anything is weird.

Yes I highly doubt she will get charged with murder. There is not enough evidence to support it, there is enough to make it believable but not in a court room. There is enough evidence to prove that there is more to her story as she has lied. There could be possibility of accesory or whatever.

Cute little kid
