ok guys ,what do you guys generally do for your leg workouts?
I know i'll probably get flamed for this. But I only started working out my legs 2 weeks ago. I just looked at my legs and said what the hell am i doing. So now they are in my schedule for the week, and will stay there. So far, just to get my legs "into" it, i've only done 4 sets of squats, and 4 sets of calves each time (twice so far). But, I want to start to do a total full leg workout next week. So, lets hear some advice...
