I'm forced to go high reps on squats and even presses because of a back condition I have. I was doing some legs yesterday and I was thinking that we basically use our legs walking every day. So, we're not really resting them very much after a leg workout. They probably recover a lot faster than other bodyparts. I was wondering if I could get some gains with my high rep routines and doing them like every two days.
