Approximately how much should you supplement daily and how long til it kicks in to get closer to the Peter North loads?
I started at 800mg of "super concentrated lecithin" today, somewhat enlarged load but it could just be my mind messing with me. Still not a Peter North load tho.
Is there any limit you shouldn't exceed of how much to take in a day?
