Well I have been in this iron game for about 4 years now, and when I first started out it was chest and tris 2x a week as well as back and bis, and shoulders and legs. I did experience some pretty insane gains those first few years from training almost every day. But now recently I have cut back to 3 days a week. Chest and Bi one day, back and tri another and legs and shoulders on the last day. My fucking strength is shooting through the roof! I used to use the 70lb DB's to finish my flat bench on chest day and now I throw the 120 lb DB's around for 5-6 reps to finish. All of my other lifts have gone up dramatically as well. I guess that this is my learning period. From now on I am thinking one bodypart per week on my bulking phase and then back to two a week on the cutting phase. Just wanted to share this. Out...
