Lean but Big stomach?

I beleive its my obliques. I had squated and deadlifted heavy during my years of training.

My abs measure 37! Im not cut yet so minus a few inches when Im leaner. But my shoulder are like 60inch, so I still have a v shape.

When I look in the mirror I notice I have that bulge on the sides of my waist, I will be able to tell more as my fat goes below 10%.

I have uped cardio to 20min walking 3-5 days per week, while aslo taking fat burners.

Im 6ft 235 11% fat
 
thats too short of cardio.............. your body goes from burning carbs to fat after 20 minutes.......... so you need to up your time not days

the hip bones stick out a lot on men........... when you drop the fat...... it will go away.........unless you have used juice then forget it
 
I juiced heavily when younger... now 5 years later did a cycle..

I do my cardio after my workout so Im sure my glycogen stores may be almost depleted.
 
I have the same problem. When I wear clothes, like a shirt tucked in (dress clothes) you can't see a belly at all, but when I take my shirt off you see that I have no abs. I have a 37.5 inch waist, my stomache measurement is about 38 or a little above that. I have loss nearly 10 lbs so far and my waist has not gone down one bit. I think this will work for your advantage strength wise though.
