I'm now 30, 6'2" and weighed in around the 240 range. I have been bodybuilding for about ten years, but this was my first show. My legs are actually one of my stronger points, It's just that I've been plagued by injury and not able to work them like I should. I have always been gifted with a wide back, like I said before, that came from years of swimming butterfly competatively. Thanks for the comments guys. I may just decide to do another show to get some good shots of my legs.

Looks awesome! Just a thought -- you might check out some of the stuff on the PL board on here to get some more info on some basic leg movements & building them up. I know the ladies who are pursuing PL are making awesome improvements in strength and if you've been plagued by injuries on your legs, building up their strength & not just size might have some merit.

Otherwise -- hell I wouldn't complain if I could come home to that physique ;)

The legs were just off due to stupidity mostly. When I injured my ACL, I trained mostly upper body thinking my legs were big enough and would hold. They did loose a lot of their size, but considering I started working them only a few weeks before the show, I think they looked O.K.

I hope your secret to success wasn't Bull Semen......

Shit man rock on!

Shit I feel reallly small.........these meds are killin me.

All I can say is I have been there my self. I am my worst critic. I never thought I would have the guts to get up on stage, especially after an injury. I always thought I was too small. Well let me tell you, hard work pays off and there are a lot of guys smaller than you out there. If you want to do a show, but are afraid, do it anyway, you will get the bug after your first one. My legs are now in a growing stage waiting for the next show, which I am setting my goals to win. I was even told by two of the judges that if my legs were up to par I would have won that night. So watch out world, and bouncer, because Latamier is on your tail. HAHA.
