Legs are definately behind due to a torn ACL. As far as my back goes, I owe it all to 15 years of swimming competitive, and butterfly being my favorite event.
Dont really know about the bench. I have recently changer all my workouts to include just the use of dumbells. Get a better stretch and pump that way. For me anyway.
