Hey,
OK so I have been feeling low for a while (Fatigue, Can’t concentrate, No motivation at all etc) and after reading various threads on here and articles on the net, I went to go get my bloodwork done.
My doc was very reluctant but did eventually do it.
My test levels came back as 240 ng/dL and although I specifically asked, he didn’t test my free T.
According to the doc, my levels are “normal” and the range I was given on the results was 230 – 1080 ng/dL so I just about scraped in the low end of “normal”
I am interested to hear anyone’s opinion on what I can do about this as I definitely don’t feel normal. Plus all the research I have done on normal levels have been 300 ng/dL upwards and closer to 700 ng/dL for 30 year olds, which I am.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
