I there !

I'm running hard and I'm "feelling" my right knee e little...

Rest, ice, heat, ibuprofen, icy hot...etc...

I like biking outdoors, but it sounds like you may want to try new shoes. For running this can make a huge difference. I've heard biking can be hard on those with knee trouble, but I've gotten on my bike with pain, and it went away as I rode. You could be on the right track.

first, where are you feeling it in your knee? inside, outside? a little more specific.

next, check your stride. does your knee track straight? does your knee "shoot in" on the affected leg?

how is your flexibility? do you know how to stretch your IT band?

definitely new shoes would be a first step.

thanks ...

thanks for the advices

Thanks bignate 73 ! Yes my pain is in the inside... today i've done 42 minutes slow run and i've started to feel a little pain and i've stop in the moment... and yes i also change shoes...
tomorrow i'll stop a day

somewone knows about program trainning's for marathon ? I usualy do half-marat. but in the 28 of october i'm thinking on going to spain for the Astúrias Marathon :-)

if your kneww is sore from running, its most likely runners knee. Tendonitis. You have to ice and rest it. when you exercise and want to do cardio do low impact cardio such as biking, or one of the eliptical mahcines.

Nicknot, Cheeta indicates that it may be runners knee - tendonitis.
I think he may be right.

I researched this as my patella tendon has been bothering me.
I went to the Steadman Hawkins site and the information there
indicated that it takes 120 days of rest and rehab for complete
recovery. Rest and rehab are the things B fold mentioned in
his post.
