Klick's Triple Stack SARMS log

A bit of an update, I'll keep it short:

- Worked out back and bi's today, strength was up on everything, kind of hurt my back a little bit, but should be fine its not that bad
- Bicep vein is so big it was literally bulging out when I was curling 45's, felt great
- pumps are really good, not as good as var, but about 70% for sure
- We dont have creatine nitrate in canada and i still had some mono left over so was using that, started bloating my face, I already have a big head/face to begin with so this was a no-no, dropped the creatine as of 2 days ago
- Now to the good stuff, I honestly feel like I'm putting on muscle, I'm bigger than ive ever been, muscles are full, but I've shed a good amount of fat its very noticeable. I'm a test virgin so my receptors are fresh, I think the 25mg of ostarine is really starting the process of adding some LBM, I figured that with 20mg of GW I'd be losing muscle not gaining any, but to my surprise I'm recomping very nicely. I also attribute it to the way my diet is set up, which is surprising since I'm only getting in about 2,000 cals and my maintenance is somewhere around 2700. LOVING everything so far, with var after about 3-4 weeks the results/progress would always slow down to nothing (for me), I hope that doesnt happen here because I'm counting on 6.5 weeks of more pure gains!
 
Good stuff, keep in mind though that there ARE side effects, I'm one of the lucky ones so far as I'm not really getting any visin sides, except when its bright and sunny and I come indoors, I went to my basement after being outside it was pitch black I couldn't see anything but once I turned the light on I was ok. Also sleep is becoming an issue, but only every other night, one night ill sleep awesome then the next I wake up 4-5 times throughout the night. I started dosing GW a bit earlier in the am and pm, hopefully that works.

In terms of the cycle I did shoulders and abs today and fkn killed it, especially traps and shoulders, I anticipate next workout ill be able to up the weights on my exercises
For abs I upped the weight AND volume, threw in an extra 8 sets on top of my normal routine, I could just keep going.

Fat loss is unreal, I'm starting to see my 8 pack in the right light, unflexed, big deal for me, muscle gains as well as my wight has been the same, and I dropped creatine and have been drinking 1.5Gallons of water and low sodium diet so its not water retention.

If things continue like this for the full 8, after pct and a week off ill probably run this again. On a side note I upped the S4 to 60mg, I know I said I wasn't going to up it but the leaning out/hardness/vascularity and tightening of the skin on my stomach is something I want more of :)
 
Gaining more muscle than i expected, especially running gw @20mg, I'm lookin huge right now, just another 8-10 pounds of fat off my midsection plus 3-5 pounds more of muscle and I've reached my goal
 
At the gym right now doing cardio after an insane chest/tri workout, my tri's are exploding. Its been 2 weeks now, loving this stack so much right now, I need/wanrt to be pretty ripped 4 weeks from now, all that's left is that stubborn stubborn fat in the midsection, I'm pretty shredded everywhere else especially arms chest shoulders upper abs and upper back, even my legs have nice definition now. Just gonna be patient and keep working my ass off. Not sure how many ppl are following this log, ill be posting less often though don't really have the time. Any feedback would be appreciated!
 
That's pretty sweet KKKlick. I'm similar to you... I can see my upper two abs but not much lower. Pretty defined everywhere else. I hoping this triple stak works well for me as well. I'm a week in and my girlfriend has already told me that my abs look better (:

Bad news bros, I got the flu a few days ago, I'm on day 3 now I think. I noticed I w asnt feeling well Tuesday morning had such a sore throat, tried to get over it by drinking a ton of water which helped. I still went through my workout but it was 100000 times harder than usual, then I knew something was wrong. Sure enough a few hours later I got hit with chills, fever, sore throat, nasal congestion and a headache. Not only that but for some reason I have an increased appetite but cant stomach any healthy food so I've been eating crap but still keeping calories around 2500 not to go overboard. What pisses me off the most is missing the gym, its become so much a part of my life that I feel so guilty not going, but I need to listen to my body and rest otherwise going back to training too early can delay my recovery. Keep me in your prayers bros, this is the worst time to get sick especially on cycle, hopefully I'll be good to go by monday
