well since im new heres some info on me

Age-15
Height-5'5 1/2
Weight-130
Location-Pennsylvania,USA
Hobbies- Basketball...Hittin up the weights...jus hanging around


ive been on a low calorie diet for awhile...pretty much jus cut everything down...stayed under 1200 calories a day which i was told was too low for someonem my age..and lost about 15-20lbs use to be 120 but added some back but im sure most is muscle i wanna get more muscle i use to be really concerned on my 6 pack which i finally obtained but i jus want to add alot of muscle due to winter coming i dont wanna totally gain alot of weight but want to "bulk up" i was lookin on gettin into a high protein high fat low carb diet what do u guys think? all help appreciated ty



if you could please include what foods to eat/what to stay away from/calorie intake.. stuff like that i need all the help i can get

This is a great age to learn about diet and exercise for better health and appearance.

You need some reference books to read ... something to guide you.

Go to Google and put in:
John Hansen

He does a lot of work with young people following a natural approach to diet and exercise. He is the natural Mr. Olympia. Maybe Mom or Dad would give you one of his books as a gift.
 
haha tyvm...but i dont havta rely on mom or dad...i can get my own money...haha kinda talked to me like a 12 yr old
 
Yeah I would forget about the 6 pack and start adding some muscle. Being a walking stick w/ abs doesn't look good and a stiff breeze will blow you away. You need to start slowly increases cals about 200 - 300 to your daily intake now. Watch your weight. Once you stop gaining, then add another 2 - 300. Don't get scared by sudden weight gain which is mostly water. Don't know how many you're eating now but you need to find your maintnance cals if you already haven't
Try to get 1.5g prot. per lbm
I usually shoot for .5g fat per lbm and you can prolly get away w/ filling the rest in w/ carbs. Keep the diet clean.

anyone have any goood foods to fit into this diet.....im already into the PB craze...luv this stuff



also what about good exercised...im currently doin an upperbody workout every other day with drop sets for my chest and biceps doin 2 exercises for each...what else should i add in...im not afraid of hardwork
