I found a low carb bar that is pretty much the most awesome tasting called Asher's Pecan and Caramel chocolate bar. Unfortunately it has around 30 grams of maltitol. Didn't give me the runs much even though that's a lot of sugar alcohols. I cant be sure about the ketosis because I am in moderate ketosis in the day and mild ketosis at night according the strips. So I can't tell yet if it refilled liver glycogen stores. Has anyone personally been kicked out of ketosis by too much maltitol?
