I was curious HOW MUCH creatine should I be taking on my low-carb ketogenic days? I will probably be taking 10g of creatine + 2g vitamin C postworkout but how much should I be taking on my non-training ketogenic days if any at all?
From what I understand ALA with the creatine wont do much do to the lack of insulin, is this true?
