Why's my Karmic Power zero? Does that mean I suck ass and can't give anybody else K?

Your power is zero because you only have 112 posts. So even though you have a decent amount of karma, you're still hitting gray instead of green. I don't remember what the minimum post count is before you can start hitting green. Anyone know?
