Protien intake (grams) should be about what when trying to put on muscle? I hear about 1.5/lb of BW, and about 1/lb of BW to maintain the majority of muscle. Just wanted to verify.
There are many schools of thought on this subject. I have heard of anywhere from 0.7 to 3 grams per pound of body weight. I personally think that for most people between 1 and 1.5 is just fine. This has worked for me, although I have never tried going above this so I can't really say if it would work better.
I just eat as much as possible. Right now...it aint a lot...lol. I am being happy with my diet right now and trying to be a little healthier than usual. As Boston nears...the feast will begin.
