Just thought id share some pics from my 2nd contest winning the overall!

It's a trip to see what your body can do--congrats bro--what are your plans now as far as diet and gear? I could've eaten a small village after my first show :chomp:

funny you suggested that because thats basically what im using sir :) ...750mgs test, 250 mast/250 tren ...and 300 deca
ancillaries are 50mgs prov/1gram arimi daily
also using 10mcgs igf twice a day, 25-50mcgs t3, 200iu hcg 3 times a week\
im just finishing week 3 of this...3 more to go...up 27lbs so far...and still very lean and hard, striated and veiny all over
after this ill diet for 3 weeks then just maintain while im off, on 400 primo 100 test 4iu gh 25mcgs t3 200iu hcg eod for 12 weeks to give my body a rest...
blood pressure and heart rate and perfect..getting blood work done at the end of the cycle but i use so many otc health supps for every aspect of my health so i really have no worries as for health reasons but i get reg blood checkups anyway just to be safe..



now for the big precontest cycle...ill split this into about 4 four week periods...with a carb loading week...
bulked first 4 weeks on 750mgs test, 600 deca, 30mgs superdrol...then the dieting started...

weeks 1-4

900mgs test, 600mgs eq, 50mcgs t3, eca stack 3 times daily
1/2mg arimi daily
(during this time i dieted, but used heavier amounts and tryed to put on lean mass while dieting, in the beginning of a diet thats usually possible if u play your cards right)
also used 2iu gh daily
weeks 5-8

500mgs test, 300mgs eq, 300mgs deca
added in here 50mgs proviron daily with my 1/2mg arimi daily
went to 75mcgs t3
added in 300mgs crystal dnp at the beginning of week 7
4iu gh daily
200iu hcg eod

week 9-12
(by this point fatloss was really speeding up with the addition of the dnp)
250mgs test, 300mgs deca, 600mgs masteron prop, 500mgs primo (fast acting acetate, which was about 200mgs daily, but only 500 gets absorbed, 50mgs 4 times a day)
100mcgs t3
350mgs crystal dnp
arimi and proviron here same as be4
4iu gh daily
200iu hcg eod
weeks 13-16
300mgs deca npp, 600mgs masteron prop, 500mgs primo equivalent, 30mgs oral turinabol, 200 test prop
during week 16 i added in 20mgs halo daily to the above mix for extra hardness and vascularity
still was on 100mcgs t3
was up to 400mgs dnp at this point
stopped the gh at the end of week 12, as it can add to water retention that can last at least 2 weeks or more, stopped the hcg at the end of week 14 because it can do the same and i rather just played it safe
started aldactone in the middle of week 16 around 10 days out at 25mgs daily with some otc diuretics, sodium was kept moderate though since training was intense and i excreted alot of water, water 1.5 gals, i stayed pretty dry
week 17
600mgs masteron prop
500mgs primo equivalent
30mggs oral turinabol daily
ramped down t3 to 12.5mcgs by fri, taken all in morning, took 25mcgs on sat night after the evening show, then the same for the next week after my show, be4 i started my bulk cycle
1/2mg arimi daily and 100mgs proviron
carb loading started wednesday as did water depletion/sodium depletion (completely)
50mgs aldactone wed, 100 on thurs, 150 on fri, saturday 75 in morning, then 50-75 3 hours before night show...
little sips on saturday
water on wed was 128 oz, 64 on thurs, 32 on fri and stopped drinking by noon except little sips to get chicken down as well as supps
saturday just sips, and just carbs for energy

sorry I havent had a chance to post bros. I was in phoenix this past weekend.
Man your cycle looks great bud. If that along with a good diet, trianing and cardio cant get you shredded nothin will! As you obviously proved! Lookin awesome man..seriously.
Now time to GRUB!!! for the next 2-3 weeks you will gain LBM like a madman so keep the protein skyhigh and try incorporating(if your not already) some creatine drinks to help phosphocreatine levels stay high( 1 like a mix of 20 oz H20, 5-10 grams creatine, 25 grams glutamine, 50 grams whey, a source of 3-guanidoproprionic acid, 200 mg ALA, 50 grams dextrose, source of 4 hydroxyisoleucine, 25 mcg T-3, 40 mg clen(or 50 mg ephedra)) 2x daily in the Am when you wake up and post workout bro. itll give you great results(obviously tailor it to your diet but that outlines a great sample IMO

lol damn...very interesting combo..i heard about some health benefits from 4 hydroxyisoleucine...supposedly it stores carbs i believe, and has other health benefits...
r those exact amounts what u use personally? if it is ill prob use 60% of what you do LOL...
can you take it with igf for better results? because i usually take my igf in morning and post workout =)

ya man, might as well..though 4-6 iu's slin may be better if your tryin to grow. but if your tryin to keep healthy right now you may not wanna do that. The igf-1 will ramp up anything u take it with.
and ya man...those are the doses I use...sometimes more or less carbs depending on the time of the year...50 is just kinda my mid area..ill hit 100 i im tryin to grow...no dextrose if im trin to keep the BF real low

p.s: im 195lbs now up from 163@5'9 ...3.5 weeks ago..like 6% bodyfat but bloated from the cheat meal i had last night...but since my cravings have been gone today due to my new protocol ill probably loose 5-10lbs within a few days..LOL...oh well, at least ill look better nekkid i suppose..lol
 
yep...friday now and look tons leaner at 185-88ish...dropped alot of water weight...still holding some but a healthier normal look. Feel really full and vascular still..that new protocol def kicks some ass. My meridia guy still hasnt come through yet so ill give that a couple more days, but the cravings r still managable with the glutamine/hoodia n all, while taking my igf only first thing when i wakeup be4 i lift, i think that helped the cravings too. I noticed im leaner than i thought after the water weight went away...im still quite lean, i took a few pics at the gym yesterday to show, my face looked a bit bloated here, prob since i lifted for 1.5 hours n was a lil tired...but ah well..lol..was maybe 188-190 in these..after 3.5 weeks bulking...i think the site injects of igf in arms might be helping a bit (since these r my lagging muscle group right now)

quick question ...what are some things i can work on physique wise while trying to put on size...in other words, what do u find i should prioritize? I was thinking arms first then delts (these have always been hard for me)...besides the 20+lbs ill need to (put on pretty proportionally all over id assume) even have a chance at for a national qualifyer at the npc southern states ill try for next year...still got 14-15 months until that though.. :)
