Well, first let me say it was a total shock to win this 1...i wanted to come in 2nd or 3rd place since i got 5th in the novice last year..bleh..but i pretty much just fell to my knees (pulled a ronnie lmao) when i heard i won..all those 17 weeks of dieting, 2 hours cardio a day, twice a day workouts, intense 1600-2000 cal diet, fatburners (alot of em)..finally paid off...
words cannot describe the catharsis of happyness i went through ...they really cant...its something that needs to be experienced for oneself...

I was 5'9 and 163 ripped (coming down from 230), but...somehow that was good enough to take the overall at this contest, i still need tons of work in filling out my frame as im naturally small jointed/framed i think (im only 24, and not a genetic freak by any means, i have a slow metabolism believe it or not, i need to watch my diet very closely or i can fat by looking at a burger, lol!!)...hope you guys enjoy though!
p.s: dont look too much into the hamstring shot from the back...i wasnt flexing there because i know when i do, the seperations of the biceps femoris and the other couple major hammy muscles r pretty prominent, i do need to work on getting shredded glutes though...maybe yohimburn for my next show eh? lol
im currently 190 now 2.5 weeks after my show, about 6% id guess (bodyfat is a tricky thing...im just guestimating, because im holding a bit of water, but not much in my face now that im on 50 prov 1mg arimi daily, a normal amount of water i guess, not contest dry, but no edema), and stronger than an ox and very full/veiny, time to fill out the frame on this wittle mang that needs to grow, hey wulfgar, donate your gear to me!..
