i'll pay for it today is my cal intake is going to be around 1700. low cal low carb day after last nights feast.

meal 1 1/4 cup of cottage cheese

meal 3 8oz of boars head turkey breast (yeah i know...all i had to bring today)
meal 4 can of tuna
pwo on whey shake with 1/2 cup of oats
meal 5 baked chicken breast, salad with 1 tbsp on balsmic vinegrette, and green beans
meal 6...tbd. maybe 1oz of almonds

so we're hanging out at my bar STILL in nyc and we are just gettng aboslutely hammered. my buddy has done more shots then he can remember and ends up passing out on the bar...i mean he was out cold. so what did we do?? we put him in a cab...gave the taxi $500 and told him to drop him off in boston hahahaha! i hope i don;t pass out :worried:

rough weekend...haven't had the ability to post anything yet today as i am still intoxicated i think. i think i ate 3 meals this weekend

2 of them were chicken and brocoli from panda express and 1 of them was a huge ben and jerry's icecream cone...chocolate chip cookie dough...wow that hit the spot!!! besides that i got 4 hours sleep total this weekend and prob comsumed around 90 beers in 3 days...not an exaggeration. i'm going to attempt to hit chest/back tonight....but i feel like complete shit. back on the wagon for me until my wedding 3/10.

todays diet

well, we did get these 2 whores to come up to the room sat night....it was a last minute idea before my dad came down to ac and met all of us for dinner. we looked in the yellow pages and got 2 girls to do a show and sent up to the room in 20 minutes. $200 a girl.....i was thinking these girls were going to be a disaster hahaha. and i was right!!!

standing ohps 95x15 105x12 115x9 felt slight back tweakage and didn't feel like hoisting the last rep up and induce injury.

seated db press 50x15 55x12 60x10

cable side laterals 3x15

one arm reverse cable cross over pulls lol 3x15 these i believe reallt hit the rear delts even mor so then bent over db laterals (which used to be my fav for rear delts)

db shrugs 80x5x15

no ab work and no cardio

today i'll either hit legs or just do cardio....i'm thinking just cardio b/c technically i was supposed to hit legs on tuesday and never did....i'll juts wait til next tweek :rolleyes:

squats on smith - 125x25, 135x20, 145x15, 155x12 lower back did not handle weight well...even going light...very frustrating!!! i think i might just rep out with 135 as i feel no lower back pain....155 is where it starts to tweak a little

leg curls 3x15

no ab work and no cardio...will do both today after arms

today's diet

meal 1 1/2 cup of cottage cheese

try 2, 2.5lb, or 5lb increases instead of 10lbs next time... or do sets of 135/140 for straight sets (there's gotta be another term for that, but i don't know it yet).

not sure if i'll get to ht the gym tonight..i have a doc appointemt at 6:45 in staten island which is about 40 minutes away from hoboken. so i prob won't get back until about 8 or so tonight...then i have to cook my meals for the night and the next day...shower and find some time to relax and not stress. i'll see how i feel when i get back to hoboken if i can scweak in a quick workout. would prob just do about 5-6 sets of ohps and then shrugs if that's the case

ok so i've been ridiculously busy with wedding stuff and work stuff...i only made it to the gym twice this week due to unavoidable dinners. i was supposed to hit shoulders wed and then legs last night....did not happen.

new plan of attack for today: i have to train arms but i think i'll do some ohp's and squats first then move on to arms. here is what i'm thinking

ohp 3x5 then a drop set for like 8 or so

squats 3x15-20

incline db curls 2x6-8

hammer curls 2x6-8

pushdowns 2x6-8

cgbp 2x6-8

hoepfully i can fit this under 50 minutes or so b/c i want to do cardio as well after and i don't feel like staying in the gym for an hour and a half.

i haven't gotten weaker...but i def haven't been progressing in weights each week. except maybe for ohps. i can survive without carbs during the day....doesn't bother me much. i can even get in a decent workout. i know my habits at night time though...i'll eat clean all day and it will be 9pm and i want to eat a bowl of cereal or something so i leave room for error lol

this is just until my honeymoon...after that i will prob still eat clean just add more carbs during the day. maybe throw in a few sandwiches....but for the next 12 days thuis is what my diet will look like

all I had to do was show up at the rehearsal & the wedding. Well, I was stationed overseas at the time & there was no internet, so the Mrs. handled it all.
Don't sweat it. It's only 2 weeks, & life'll be back to normal. I rmeember the excitement & the apprehension. Great time.

I haven't hit incline anything in over a year... hit flat or decline ... or better yet add weight to those dips your doing, make that your "main mass focus" for that workout..

only use this workout on mondays....today is cardio....tomorrow shoulders...thurs legs and friday arms galour!!! lol

surprisingly on rows by back was not acting up...did them pretty strict...elbows tucked in...may have cheated on the last rep or 2 but whateva. now that i think about it they weren't gp rows....they were just ref bent over barbell rows. gp rows you let the weight touch the ground right?

I drove for 3 hours after the reception, so all I did was sleep on my wedding night. Our honeymoon was only 3 days, so we made up for it.
If I had to do it all over again (and I will, on our 25th), it'll be on a cruise or at a resort.

A lot of back work on that workout. I agree with Sarge, I'm tired just reading it.
